What happens after you send the brief

A clear path from idea to working system.

Custom projects begin only after the requirements, exclusions, acceptance criteria, final price, payment schedule, and delivery target are confirmed in writing.

01

Scope review

OpsForge reviews the brief and follows up about business rules, source data, platform needs, and edge cases.

02

Agreement & payment

You approve the fixed price, scope, exclusions, schedule, revision allowance, acceptance criteria, and payment plan before work starts.

03

Working draft

The first version is built with sample or specifically approved data and checked against the agreed workflow.

04

Consolidated review

You send one organized feedback package per included revision round within the review window.

05

Acceptance check

The finished system is tested against the written acceptance criteria. New capabilities use a change order instead of consuming defect correction.

06

Final handoff

After acceptance and final payment, OpsForge delivers the editable files and handoff guide, followed by a 30-day defect-correction window.

Custom Project Standard

The rules are defined before either side commits.

The signed Custom Project Agreement and Statement of Work controls the project. These defaults keep estimates predictable while leaving room for a project-specific exception in writing.

Scope

Deliverables and exclusions

Every worksheet, platform edition, output, data task, and guide is listed. Integrations, data cleanup, automation, and SaaS-style functionality are excluded unless expressly added.

Payment

Simple milestone structure

Projects below $500 are paid in full before work starts. Projects of $500 or more use a 50% commencement payment and 50% after acceptance, before final editable delivery. Applicable tax is additional.

Revisions

Consolidated feedback

The selected number of revision rounds is included. Each round is one organized written feedback package; new scope is priced and scheduled separately.

Acceptance

Objective completion test

The agreement lists observable acceptance criteria. The client has five business days to approve a draft or identify a material failure against those criteria.

Data

Minimum necessary information

Use fictional, de-identified, or sample data by default. Do not send credentials, complete payment-card data, Social Security numbers, health data, or sensitive client or employee records.

Correction

30 days after delivery

OpsForge corrects a reproducible failure to meet the signed scope at no charge during the correction window. Enhancements, changed requirements, and customer edits are separate work.

Good to know

The calculator is an estimate. Unusually complex formulas, damaged source data, external integrations, or changes after approval may affect the final quote.

Professional judgment stays with you. OpsForge builds decision-support tools, not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or safety advice.

Your data should be appropriate to share. Begin with fictional or de-identified sample data. If real data is necessary, OpsForge must approve the data and transfer method in writing first.

Your privacy choice

Optional analytics—not advertising.

OpsForge uses optional Google Analytics to understand catalog use, checkout progress, completed purchases, and custom-product interest. We do not send names, email addresses, form contents, or order numbers. Nothing is sent to Google unless you allow analytics.
