Do I need special software?

EstimatePro is designed for a current desktop version of Microsoft Excel. It is not a web app and does not require a recurring OpsForge subscription.

Does it decide what I should charge?

No. It organizes the variables behind a price and helps you test assumptions. You remain responsible for scope, local requirements, cost inputs, and final pricing decisions.

Will there be more industries?

Yes. Commercial Cleaning is the first release, with HVAC and Plumbing editions currently planned next.
