What to include
- The EstimatePro edition and catalog number.
- Whether the issue concerns purchase, download, spreadsheet compatibility, or workbook navigation.
- Your spreadsheet app, app version, device, and operating system for compatibility problems.
- A screenshot of the error when useful, with customer or payment data removed.
Response and defect-correction commitments
- OpsForge targets an initial human response within two business days.
- If an issue is confirmed as an OpsForge file defect, OpsForge will correct the file or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
- For a reproducible blocking defect, OpsForge targets a workaround or correction within five business days.
- Material maintenance changes are documented in the product’s version history.
